If your Zoom application does not update automatically, here are instructions on how to update it manually. Please note that you will not be able to update the Zoom application from the MySCU Portal page or Camino, you need to open the Zoom application on your computer.
Below are instructions on how to open the Zoom application for both Mac and PC users. If you are not sure you have the Zoom application installed, please check the section I can't find the Zoom icon on my computer to download and install the latest version.
Click the Zoom icon on the dock at the bottom of the screen to open the Zoom desktop application. Navigate to the Application Tab, then scroll through your applications to find the Zoom application icon. Double click the Zoom icon to open the application. Once the Spotlight window pops up, type in "Zoom" in the search window and you should find the Zoom application if it is already installed on your computer.
